The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of requests does not apply to this Agreement. Assignment You may not assign, resell, sub-license or otherwise transfer or delegate any of your rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, which consent shall be at our own sole discretion and without obligation; any such assignment or transfer shall be null and void. We are free to assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, to any third-party as part of the sale of all or substantially all of its assets or stock or as part of a merger. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellation and refund policy is valid from the date of the booking. If you receive your tour and are not satisfied for any reason you can contact us for a refund. If the period of 10 days has lapsed since the end of your tour, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund. Cancellation In case of cancellation you are requested to notify 3M Tourism to cancel all your experience arrangement Cancellations can be mailed to info@3mtourism.com. You will be responsible for paying for the bank costs. Cancellation charges: Cancellation after booking at any time there will be charging according to the type of your booking and time of cancellation. 45 days before arrival, 10% will be charged from the deposit as Bank fees transaction.  From 40 to 30 days before arrival, 25% will be charged from total amount From 29 to 15 days before arrival, 50% will be charged from total amount  From 14 to 8 days before arrival, 75% will be charged from total amount From 7 to 1 days before arrival, 100% will be charged (Total Amount of the Tour price) The high period will be, 100 % will be charged Moreover, there will be cancelation fees for domestic and international flights according to Airline. Refund You will receive your refund by the same method of payment on the same account Refund requirements The following criteria must not be met to qualify for a refund: Choosing not to participate in any part of the tour Missing any part of the tour due to personal reasons In case of no show Cutting your holiday short Received your tour Any part of the itinerary after confirming it Booking a tour in a sale or promotional price In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the case does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Proof of booking To complete your refund, we require a receipt of booking, booking voucher or other proof of booking. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of booking, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a credit instead for usage in the next time. Delivered experience In order to return refund for delivered tour, you must give immediate notice for the issue to our tour representative or contact the company directly so we can analyze the situation on the spot. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund. All refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Changes: * Requests for changes and amendments to a Booking should be made online through our Website and our Email address. * Note that there are charges to implement a Change Request, if it is possible to implement a Change Request. * You will be required to pay fee of change in order to successfully process your Change Request. * The possibility of Processing the change depends on the availability. * All Change Requests shall be processed by us and with agreement of the suppliers. We do not guarantee the success of any Change Request. * Making any kind of change to a booking with special offer or discount may lead to lose the offer or the discount. Important notes: Kids with 12 years old will be treated as Adults. At the moment of booking you will receive a voucher with the amount paid and the details of your reservation. If one of the visits included in the program is not available. However, the company will replace it with another. Forms of payment: 50% at booking and the rest has to be paid 15 days before arriving.
